Sisi was anorexic/bullimic and obsessed with her appearance. The palace is filled with paintings and photographs of her. In many you can see how tiny her waist was. During the periods when her eating disorder was at its worst, her waist was 16 inches. At other times, she ballooned up to 19" or so.
